Slow Cooker Meatloaf (Edit)

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • ¾ cup milk

  • ⅔ cup seasoned bread crumbs

  • 2 Tbsp dried, minced onion

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp rubbed sage

  • ½ cup fresh mushrooms, minced

  • 1½ lb ground meat

  • ¼ cup ketchup

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp ground mustard

  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  • Mix eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, mushrooms, and meat in a large bowl.

  • Spray bottom of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Form mixture into a loaf in the bottom of a slow cooker.

  • Cover, set timer for 5-6 hours, and cook loaf on low.

  • 15 minutes before the loaf finishes cooking, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and worcestershire sauce and spread over the top of the meatloaf.

  • Let stand for 10 minutes and then serve and enjoy.
