
Slow Cooker Meatloaf (Edit)

Ingredients
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
⅔ cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp dried, minced onion
1 tsp salt
½ tsp rubbed sage
½ cup fresh mushrooms, minced
1½ lb ground meat
¼ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground mustard
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Mix eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, mushrooms, and meat in a large bowl.
Spray bottom of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Form mixture into a loaf in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Cover, set timer for 5-6 hours, and cook loaf on low.
15 minutes before the loaf finishes cooking, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and worcestershire sauce and spread over the top of the meatloaf.
Let stand for 10 minutes and then serve and enjoy.
